		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been training with Zack for just about two months now. I had gotten into a rut doing the standard gym workouts and needed to change things up. I can&#039;t recommend Zack highly enough. In those short two months, I&#039;ve lost 4% in body fat, over seven pounds,  feel better than I have in years. I was an active triathlete (3 time Hawaii Ironman finisher) but I was getting soft and bored with my workouts. Not with Zack! He motivates you and makes you want to perform at your best. 

On another note, part of the program is a review of your nutrition and food intake. With just a few tweaks, I&#039;ve been able to lower my cholesterol and blood pressure.

Thanks Zack! With your help, I now think a 1/2 IM may be in the cards!]]></description>
